Things to Do in Aruba - Aruba's Nightlife
Aruba's casinos, dance clubs, shows, bars, and beachfront
lounges are widely regarded as some of the Caribbean's best,
and are just some of the options that keep night owls going
till dawn. L.G. Smith Boulevard, along the harbor in
Oranjestad, is packed with bars making for a convenient bar crawl.
Several of the island's casinos stay open 24/7, and dance
clubs start rolling about midnight and keep going as long as there
are customers. Other nighttime activities include current movies,
local musical entertainment, and dinner/party cruises and busses.
With two new large shopping malls featuring over 100 dining locations,
the Palm Beach strip in the hi-rise resort area has become a popular
magnet for nightlife. There are the glitzy resort casinos, multi-screen
movie theaters, clubs, water shows and pushcart vendors of all types.
Pick up one of the free island publications (Aruba Nights, Island
Temptations, Aruba Experience, Menu, Aruba Events or Destination Aruba)
for the latest up-to-date information. Most hotels and
tourist spots have at least one of the local English language
newspapers, Aruba Today and The News. Don't ignore those colorful
promotional pamphlets you'll see at your resort's activities desk.
Many of them offer free drinks or discounts on admission.
Soprano's Piano Bar
Nestled between the high-rise hotels in Aruba's Palm Beach
and in the heart of the Arawak Gardens, you can Mix and Mingle
at Sopranos Bar where the Island's hippest bartenders have a
flair for shaking it up! Serving up the Island's most extensive
list of fine wines, boasting first-rate scotch and champagnes,
you can expect top shelf service at Aruba's stylish new nightspot.
At Sopranos outdoor surroundings you kick back with a Cuban
cigar or cozy up with the club's signature cocktail; a Bikini Martini.
Located in Palm Beach in a gigantic palapa on the white sand beach
overlooking the Caribbean Sea is Moomba Beach,
a laid back beach bar featuring a myriad of tropical libations,
tall drinks, beer and wine.
A open-air seaside restaurant offering an array of tempting
choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner offering no bad

And for the cigar aficionado we have a fine smoke for
